Delivery

Cut & Hill Jewellery Co.  provides free delivery on all purchases over $250 within Canada and Worldwide.

  • All of our orders are dispatched using Canada Post unless otherwise requested (see UPS shipping costs below)
  • We endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours
  • On dispatch you will be notified by email
  • Please direct any queries about orders and delivery to designer@cuthill.ca.
  • For deliveries within Canada, please allow 3-7 business days
  • For deliveries within North America, please allow 7-10 business days
  • For Worldwide deliveries, please allow up to 10 business days.

Domestic Standard Shipping $10.99 3-7 business days
International UPS Express Shipping $78.00 1-3 business days

All deliveries outside Canada may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Please note that Cut & Hill Jewellery Co. cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed.
*Some international destinations may require additional time or fees; customer service will contact you immediately if this applies to your order.

Returns/Exchanges

Buying jewellery should bring immense joy and we will always do our best to help you find just what you are looking for; however, if you change your mind we will work just as hard to make it easy for your to return it.

Sadly we cannot accept returns for any pieces that have been worn. If you have any concerns please contact us at: designer@cuthill.ca.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 30 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging.

We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us recorded delivery because we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Jewellery and goods purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned at any boutiques or galleries that carry our line.

Bespoke jewellery, i.e. pieces commissioned or customized especially for you, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings.
